Dr. Gill Allard is head of the Centre for Policy & Enterprise in Creative Industries (PECi) at the Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural Industries (CCI), University of Glamorgan.

The Centre was established in August 2009 and supports knowledge exchange among relevant stakeholders in industry, government, academia and the third sector. It is currently involved in two significant projects: the Media Industries Knowledge Exchange, funded by the Welsh Assembly Government's Academia for Business (A4B) programme, which is being undertaken alongside Aberystwyth and Swansea Metropolitan Universities; and, in collaboration with Cardiff Council, a three-year INTERREG initiatives with partners including the cities of Nantes, Stuttgart, Aachen, Dublin, Eindhoven and Birmingham.

An MA in Cultural Leadership will be offered from February 2011.
