Partners for new Beacon projects wanted

We are launching the search for organisations that share our passion for innovation to join us to deliver the next round of Beacon Projects. If you are up to the challenge of delivering exciting and imaginative activities that can grab the attention of creative businesses and technology developers then we want to hear from you.

Beacon Projects are about tackling some of the big technology related challenges that face UK creative businesses and coming up with visions of the future that can be turned into real business success.

Each project involves gaining an understanding of the issues plus the views and opinions of people from business, academia, R&D and policy making. The work we produce needs to be thorough and of a standard that will add real value to these important debates. However, we are not simply looking for another survey or conference, but expect the organisations we work with to take an imaginative approach to the project.

If you believe your organisation is up to this sort of challenge then we want to hear from you.

To tender for this work Download the full Terms of Reference document for the respective Beacon and read the supporting material and timeline.

Beacon Titles & Tender Documents

This proposal should outline your approach/capability and provide a summary budget. You are welcome to apply for more than one Beacon Project, but will need to submit individual proposals for each.
  2. Send proposal(s) to Jess Sully at jess@creativeindustriesktn.org. The deadline is 5pm on Friday 30th April 2010.
  3. As part of the decision making process we will be inviting shortlisted companies to a short interview discussion at the Creative Industries KTN office at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London. See the timeline below for provisional dates.
